Brought my daughter for her check up and had to come back on two separate occasions for treatment, each time we saw Natalie who is a trainee, and Agnieszka who was the dental nurse. They were both fantastic with my daughter who was very nervous, they really put her at ease and made the experience a lot better for her. Natalie talked through everything she did before she did it, and explained everything in a way she understood. When she got upset and worried they were amazing with her, and she managed to get through the treatment quite easily. Fantastic team, cannot thank them enough for being so patient and caring with her.

Just have to let you know how well I've been treated at bupa. Adriana was amazing to me thankyou ? special mention to Sebastian and Aga who went above and beyond for me .got 6 bottom teeth built up yesterday they are absolutely fantastic .they both worked so hard would recommend them to anyone

Very impressed with the service at bupa Carlisle, no waiting time and very efficient. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything well. Impressed with the scale and polish and my teeth looked and felt amazing afterwards. All went very smooth.
