After being bitten by a insect I visited the pharmacy I was greeted by kerry and leanne who advised me to see the pharmacist as the bite could of been infected Joanne took me to a consultation room and confirmed the bite was infected she explained everything very clearly and prescribed antibiotics I would not hesitate to use the walk in service again as kerry, leanne and Joanne was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was treated correctly

Very hit and miss. Sometimes the staff are lovely and will help get prescriptions and medicines. Other members of staff just seem to hate you for daring to enter the shop.

The way they treated a customer regarding a prescription that they had no stock to complete was absolutely disgusting.The boots assistant was insistent that she had to go to another chemist.She stated she did not drive but that made no impact on the assistant. Nearest pharmacy is 8 miles away.

Went into Boots Longtown to get my regular scrip done. Last month after always being told that certain things are not in stock I asked if it was possible for them to make sure everything is in stock as my script is regular every month and I was assured by a very nice lady that she would make sure that all items were in stock for me. To day went to pick it up my script and sure enough again not everything was available. I was told that a certain item was not in stock . I told the young lady I was promisted the prevoius month all would be available for me and she made a note. I got a vert snooty look and she said I gave it to some body else. In a very rude and snooty way. I will be giving them one more chance but if next month anything is short I will take my script order to another Chemist. As my script is quite large and expensive that will show on the yearly turn over I hope.
