The lady who I spoke to today on the Pharmacy counter was very helpful and sorted out my problem in no time at all. I am deeply grateful to her personally, as I was reaching the end of my teather in attempting to sort out my mum's prescription, as she was almost out of her medication, unfortunately. Great customer service.

My partner don?t wanna miss their wonderful offers so here i am hanging with my partner to do some shopping. Staff were so polite and helpful though. Great service and quite a size of the store holding a lot of variety. Shelves were full of stock. It was good experience and bought couple of cosmetics and perfume.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience. Staff around the shop were wonderful help when finding what I wanted. However got to the tills and a young girl with long blonde extensions served me, she was very rude and hostile towards me. She didn?t say hello or anything like that and I made small talk as you do and she just made me feel as though I shouldn?t even be shopping there! Snatched the money out my hand extremely rude very bad customer skills. Girls like this give the young generation such a bad reputation.

I am giving 3 stars cause the staff are kind and polite. However you need to wait for 40mins in order to take your prescibe medicines. And also to find out that 5 out of 8 medicines wasnt available, therefore you need to come back to pick it up! They were not answering their phone as well most of the time! I hope boots hire more people in order to cater well to the people coming in, especially to those who are elderly, preganant and with kids as they advertise so much of many things!

Okay so Trish was absolutely amazing went way above and beyond.we had a very large order of essential medications for my disabled son and she not only carried all these from upstairs but also wheeled and unpacked them into my car.loveky,friendly and beyond helpful.

Came in on the 9th of March to get a new foundation and the ladies at the No7 counter were absolute angels. They are always so lovely and make you feel so cared for and are always making sure you get a good deal on your beauty products! So lovely, would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

It's been seven months since I've chose Boots on English Street on my Nominated Pharmacy. 10 stars for customer service and the pharmacists. They are very busy and very hard working people yet warm and welcoming. Always doing everything to help. Best pharmacy in Carlisle.
