Extremely rude staff. Shouted at as soon as reached the door with my kids about only 2 of us being allowed in, which is fair enough but I don't need it shouted in my face. I then went to go in with someone else and was prevented from doing so by the same authority mad 'security' who must suffer from self esteem issues and seeks to validate their existence by trying to intimidate people. To top it all off the manager then banned me for questioning the lack of signage and his own violations of social distancing rules. Some of the Booker staff need to think about the way they act towards their customers.
