Good beds, some need to improve on there customer service skills, person sold the bed to us really nice, when u whent to collect the beds lady open the back door and talk to me very rude wasy when I ask for help to carry it to the car roof rack

We couldn?t be happier with both our new mattress and the incredible service we received throughout the process. From the very beginning, the team was excellent?helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
The seller provided outstanding service, and when we needed assistance later, the manager in Carlisle went above and beyond to resolve our concerns promptly and with great kindness. They took the time to give us plenty of advice and information, ensuring we made the right choice.
Finally, the delivery team was fantastic?efficient, courteous, and truly a pleasure to deal with. Every step of the way, the service was top-notch, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Lisa was great
I've gave her what I was looking for she gave me the options within our budget.
Tried a few mattress and looked at a few beds before selecting the one I thought would be best. Explained the guarantees, bed guard and finance options. Lisa is a great salesperson not pushy but helpful for the customer
