I was driving from Aberdeen to Stafford and my Mercedes B Class lit up with and Engine Management light close to Carlisle.I called Autotech 2pm on a Friday and they were very accommodating to carry out diagnostic and a short road test on my car.They advised on the issue and ensured we were able to continue on our journey with no issues.Fantastic service at such short noticed. I have been taking my cars to Autotech for around 15 years and I have always been happy with the work they have done. I particularly like that you talk to the Technician/Mechanic who has been involved with the work and that you are not paying to talk to an intermediary "suit", who can never know the same detail as the guys who have done the work. Labour costs are about half that you would pay at the main dealers. I also trust them not to try and find unnecessary work and offer realistic advice as to the work that will be required in the near future.

Autotech have been looking after our Mercedes for fifteen years. I cannot fault their work, friendliness, advice or flexibility. Nothing is too much trouble and they never carry out work unnecessarily. we would wholeheartedly recommend them to any car owner, whether it's a Mercedes or not. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Had a gasket replaced, it's already leaking. Had ball joints changed cost more than BMW dealer. They left the tracking completely out. Called me stupid for not wanting to pay £180 for something I did myself for £9.99.Services: General repairs & maintenance
