“Well where do i start! what a service and what a genuine lad Conner is. So my 92year old Father in law had a slight bump with a lady in a Nissan micra. As youd imagine at 92 he was shook up. I didn't want it going through his insurance with his age but ultimately wanted the lady's car sorted and put right. I'd heard of CLM mobile smart repair off a good friend of mine so knew how top quality the work was. Anyway a quick Facebook message to Connor....boom replied very fast, took the lady's number and then asked me for a few details. He assured me I was in safe hands , he would speak to the lady, get some pictures, give me a price and then get her booked in for repair. All this was arranged the same day! Service which blew me away . Fast forward 6 days, the repair is done and the lady over the moon . Absolutely 5 star service by Connor. Can't thank the lad enough. Made what would of been a stressfull situation a breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone.”

“Following an accident recently, my MINI was taken to Lloyd Bodyshop Colne. Rik Pickering, the assistant manager in the bodyshop, handled the whole interaction from start to finish. His professionalism and attention to detail was spot on, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I also received a courtesy car for the duration of the repair.
