Staff are pleasent usually have what you need although annoyingly always have to come back in 10 to 15 min sure that's so u wander round Asda to buy stuff.

I'm surprised the pharmacy is still open. Most of the staff are slow and not helpful, that is when they even acknowledge you're there. I waited for the pharmacist to have his lunch then queued for about 15 minutes only to be told it would take another 20 minutes for the prescription to be ready. This is nearly every time I go to this pharmacy. It's a joke. The person in front of me was told the same thing he said I'll come back later only to be informed the counter will close again for the pharmacist to have a break. Amazing!

Used this pharmacy for years - after yesterday?s interaction I wouldn?t recommend to anyone. Staff/pharmacist are extremely defensive without need and treat people as if they are below them. Listening would be a great help and showing compassion would go even further.
On a positive Tricia, Catherine and the lady who has just recently moved over to tills from pharmacy have been an absolute credit to the team.

Incredibly slow and unhelpful! I called in advance to check they had what was on my prescription, told them I was coming for it. Got there to a huge queue- gave them the prescription and asked how long it was likely to take. I very politely explained I was on a long journey and had no shopping to do and the assistant stated it would take about 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I?m asking for an update and told ?it?s not ready yet?, I have to explain I?m running late and could I please have an estimate of how much longer and told ?10 minutes? in what I can only describe as a dismissive way! The pharmacist then heard me explaining the delay to my wife on the phone and started shouting that I?d not been there that long. I did not realise nor intended for him to hear my call and was not being that loud - out of order for him to shout at me like that. I didn?t respond to the pharmacist as I really wasn?t looking for an argument or a scene. After that others who came after me were being served and it looked like I was deliberately being made to wait! At 28 minutes (yes now I?m timing it as getting anxious about the delay to my other commitments) I say if it?s not ready can I have the prescription back please and it?s given back with still no medication! Sorry but absolutely terrible customer service and I?m not the first to comment on how slow they are, so come on ASDA what are you doing about it?

I wish I?d got the lady?s name but I was seen by the kindest most professional and thorough pharmacist today.Thank you for looking after me. Many pharmacists are so busy they don?t seem to have time to care about the people behind the problems but you did.Thank you again, you made a difference to someone today x

First time here and I was very impressed with the Friendly, Professional service. They are clearly very busy but I had a bit of shopping to get so there wasn't really any waiting.I will Definitely use this Pharmacy again ??

Clearly not enough staff members to run efficiently, always massive queues (when I say massive - I mean a few people, but it takes them ages to go through them). There?s never a ?sorry we?ll be one minute? etc - more than likely the staff themselves are sick and tired due to being overstretched and overwhelmed as it is always heaving.

My wife's prescription was sent to asda as urgent on Monday morning we went to collect it Monday evening and the lady who obviously needs to go to charm school told us it would take an hour to put up an hour later we were told i was not ready it would be another half hour so we told her we would collect it in the morning we returned today and were told she couldn't give the prescription because the pharmacist was on their lunch break until 3 o'clock which means yet another trip its the last time we'll use asda pharmacy the lady needs to really work on her customer service skills

Asda pharmacy told me when I requested to have it placed on there computer. I only wanted UK medications, there reply was they only supply UK medications, not true!There new trick is mixed brands 15 from UK manufacturer's in UK box and 70 cheaper brands... really ASDA if I wanted a pick and mix I would go to a sweet shop!Also long delays, prescriptions not right, time to find a new pharmacy I think!This has also happened to a friend also in the last week.

I'm struggling with pharmacy's in Carlisle. I thought Asda would be better but 4 days of phoning finally got someone to answer, but the lady was abrupt on the phone. You need online ordering or more staff. The queue when collecting is the longest item have ever experienced in the town. Looking to change again, sorry just not efficient enough service.

Having used this pharmacy for repeat prescriptions over the last 12 months due to its convenient location I will not be going back. On more than 1 occasion I have been totally ignored by the staff, despite standing at the front of the queue this morning with other people waiting behind me staff members totally ignored me for over 15mins. I dont expect any preferential treatment but ?we are busy I?ll be with you shortly? would have stopped me posting this review. Extremely poor, so have arranged to have my medication sent to an alternative pharmacy.

Went tonight asked the old woman behind the counter if i could see the pharmacy she said yes but it will be half an hour,i said ok so i moved to the end of the counter and she marched over can you move i need to serve people then a lady that worked at asda asked to see the pharmacy and she was in within 5 minutes the pharmacy staff need to go on a customer service course very rude and abrupt , they also need to learn how to smile or maybe become undertakers terrible staff however the pharmacy was nice and helpful
