Customer Support non-existent at self checkouts leaving people waiting longer than you really should. The shelves are pretty low on stock and Skelton crew on the tills at 6pm. Really feels like a disorganised store

Popped in on a road trip for a pit stop. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. We used the cafe and the food was good especially for the price. Cafe area was also clean and tidy.

They is a bigger chose of items in this store as well as food. The car park is huge and I mean big. I really like the fact that the staff are very friendly and helpful in the store.

Good variety of items of food and for the home. The ladies' toilets are a disgrace. We went in at 2 pm, and the last time they were checked was 1 pm. There was no toilet paper in my cubicle. There was a very unpleasant smell. Toilet paper on the floor. Can't believe that one cubicle can run out of toilet paper in 1 hour.

For Scottish buyers wanting to stock-up on cheaper alcoholic drinks (which will get worse in Sep 2024 thanks to more SNP tax) this superstore is easy to get to off the M6. You do need to know prices as some of the red wine was no cheaper but beers and ciders are certainly better value.Large car park, well work dropping in if motoring back to Scotland.

nice place, aisles look a lot tidier now that the fridges have the nice doors on them. though we came here when the fire alarm went off and nobody knew what the alarm was for until we were told to leave our trolleys and get out - and then the alarm went off and we were told false alarm. oh well. hygiene and clothes products near the front - always get caught up looking at the clothes when i walk in then realise i?m there to do shopping. very nice layout though and the signs on the ceiling will help if you get lost.

Visited cafe on saturday morning. When we ordered, they said the food would be 15 minutes. However, 35 minutes later, we were still waiting, so i got my money back and left. I dont blame the staff as it was busy but only two people working. Poor management, i won't be back.

The pizza stand looked as if it were open (food & fillings not cleared away & not covered) but no one around to serve. Eventually a lady appeared but said she wasn't taking any orders because she was due to be going home at 4pm. It was 3.15!! I later phoned to complain & added that the pizza stall was frequently closed. The manager said he didn't have enough trained staff to man the pizza stand but when pressed, said he'd speak to the member of staff. I found his attitude unprofessional & it's no wonder that the store gets poor reviews.

i came in the shop regarding a refund of £50 pounds as it had no entered my bank account yet and i was wondering what was going on. I was approached rudely by Jo with horrible costumer service she had spocken to me as though i was stupid and talked down on me for wanting my refund.
