The staff at Asda Carlisle, St. Nicholas Gate Retail Park treat delivery drivers very poorly. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat drivers are left waiting for long periods with no explanation about delays. When drivers ask for updates, staff are dismissive instead of being helpful.
Drivers are working hard to deliver Asda orders to customers on time, but this store makes the job unnecessarily stressful. Asda needs to train staff to communicate better and show more respect to the people representing their business.

What an earth is going on with people going in pyjamas need to put a dress code on and people in pyjamas should not be allowed in the store with slippers and dressing gowns

Has a 24 hour cash machine, yet issues parking tickets to people using the ATM outside of shop opening hours - disgraceful.

If I could put no stars I would.
My daughter was refused Sudafed for my 92 year old Mother at Asda London road Carlisle because she had no id.
My daughter went out to the car to bring my 92 year old mother in and they were both refused, to the extent of the Male cashier who had turned my daughter away radioing to the cashier my Mother was at ? do not serve them?. Both cashiers were rude and had an extremely clever attitude. Shame on you Asda! I Will never shop in that store again. Phone cut dead when tried to speak to manager. Speaks volumes.

What an absolutely shocking place to shop. All of the staff look like they want to murder you on the shop floor. 0 customer service and a major lack of product choice and bargains. If you don't want to be there get another job. Disgrace

OK for a small occasional shop but poor selection of food overall. Fresh fruit and veg choice is very minimal comparing to Tesco or Aldi and essentials are often missing. For such a big shop there is low variety of other items as well- for example half of the aisle is full of one item stacked repeatedly - like baked beans. Poor selection of world food comparing to other Asda stores as well.
