Outstanding service, delighted with new kitchen. Callum, the kitchen designer was really helpful with his advice and guidance and patient with our changes during the planning. The quality was excellent and value for money for the units, worktop and all the NEFF white goods. Nothing was too much trouble, all was delivered as arranged as had it independently fitted & slotted into place as planned. Delighted with the results, would highly recommend.Service: Kitchen design

Anderson?s???? We chose Anderson?s because there relatively local and established. Everything went well even the fitting (for a few weeks anyway). Then we had a leak from behind the sink. Turns out that the fitter used a old rusty water connection behind the sink!. So the kitchen flooded leaving our new laminated floor uneven, and the walls peeled off the paint!. Anderson?s came and repaired the old fitting for a new one which should have been fitted in the first place straight away. However they also took away a back piece of one of the cupboards. It would be a few weeks to re-new he said!. It took nearly a year then WE had to call them to remind them!. So weeks later it came and was fitted. We asked about our floor and walks what we?re they going to do about them?. Still no reply not heard from them for months again!. I am so dissatisfied with this after service. Still waiting on Anderson?s to call it?s been about another 10 months since we spoke. We had our kitchen fitted in 2021. Woould?nt recommend Andersons I?m afraid! Just hope they don?t take much longer to get in touch!!!!Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

Where to begin. Kitchen planning and taking our money was easy enough. Fitting seemed fine but then issues occurred. Kitchen fitted a few weeks back but missing two doors. No worries kitchen fitters says, I will get them sorted..... Still nothing. Then we ordered the fitted washing machine/tumble dryer to save space. Excellent we thought. No, the way to clean it means everytime we want to clean the filter we have to take the kick boards off whilst a ton of water pours out before we can even clean it causing water to pour all under our new kitchen cabinets. Terrible design fault. Terrible after service care

Greig was able to bring my Kitchen design to life in no time and was able to accomadate all my requirements from various different trades to complete all aspects of the work. I would heavily warn anyone against using Anderson?s services. The work was contracted to finish in 5 weeks' time, it begun in January, and this is the 5th month in which our home is still a construction site! They have installed multiple malfunctioning items and when this was brought to their attention it was a hassle to resolve. The poor workmanship has resulted in uneven, incomplete, chipped flooring. They have taken incorrect measurements countless times which led to unlevelled flooring and required us to have a new front door replaced. Despite assuring us they will handle the matter they are currently pressuring us to accept a sub-quality ill-fitting front door, which will create a safety hazard. They are not taking ownership of their faults.They?ve not only been incredibly rude to deal with and are purposefully delaying their work, they have also been harassing us for payment for unfinished, shoddy work. Despite putting the work on hold for multiple weeks their workmen have shown up at the house delivering letters and parking outside the house making us feel unsafe in our own home.What?s the most worrying is that the house is a safety hazard and has been since January. There is loose, sharp tiling all over the entrance and exposed wires as well as the downstairs bathroom being unusable.We want the job over and done with. The amount stress we?ve had to go through emailing them back and forth is simply abhorrent and yet there is no outcome. Stuart was very professional explaining everything as we went along. Due to short supply I had to change oven and microwave but he booked us in for August with items they have in stock. Changed my tap with not problem. Now awaiting installation in August.

Very impressed with the whole process of getting my new kitchen . The help I had from Stuart with the design and selection was great and the kitchen fitters and electrician were very experienced. Everything was mostly on time but if not was handled quickly and efficiently and the installation was done in 3/4 days with flooring as well. Good quality and value.Services: Install flooring

It is not easy to choose a new kitchen especially with all the options offered by Andersons but we are delighted to have Stuart Routledge guiding us through the process. Stuart listened to our wish list and he has designed various layouts and cleverly thought through how we can best achieve the maximum storage in our small kitchen and utility room.
