Pity there was not a zero star. Sat waiting for 30 minutes before she came to tell me she would be at least another 20 minutes. This was not ok. A complete waste of my time. Appalling customer service.

Devostated, i went to Amandas as a male friend recommended it to me wirh being new to the area im original from Chester.I asked and was agree to cut about 2inches from my hair.The lady was nice and i guess its not her fault as its all she knows but my hair was chopped into leaving longer random chunks underneath as my hair wasnt sectioned beforehand.Not only that i have been left with a bob after thr first time in my life spending money on hair treatments to get my hair to the length it was. In her defence it did need a good cut.I think this is more an older ladys hair salon for perms etc and not kwpt up to date with new cutting systems etc.I had to then go to my friends after i was dropped off in windermere and my friend said it was a mess and unfortunately would have to remove more to even it out.

Used this hairdressers at least 3 times and each time i was in the chair for less than ten minutes for a cut.Last time i went it was 5 minutes.The lady works too fast almost hyper and didnt stand long enough for me to explain what i wanted.
