Great customer service so far! I made an order here in Australia to be delivered in the UK and I forgot to add a detail to the card. This evening the shop got in touch with me and asked if I wanted it corrected so that they could get my order dispatched asap.

Got my wee girl the unicorn rocking horse for Christmas and it was just fab being only 11months at that time I wasnâ??t sure how she would take to it but she loves it now and even cuddles it super good quality also so pretty.staff via emails very helpful with me changing order and delivery from when they came in as pre ordered was fast so can not fault this shop.x

Just received the rocking unicorn for my little girls Christmas. I want to say a huge thank you, the customer service from start to finish was second to none and the little gift of the name plague for her door is beautiful. Thank you again, I can't wait for her to open it on Christmas morning.
