Good customer service. Helpful staff about allergies and hot chocolate was nice. Dog friendly both inside and out and plenty of seating

We are locals and we cannot express enough our displeasure and disappointment. The male that appears to be the manager is arrogant and rude , and can?t be bothered neither with cleaning or customer service.
Shame use to be out favorite place to unwind .

I see Coca Cola (Costa owner) are amongst the sponsors of the Euros 24. You'd imagine then, they could spare a few quid on cleaners & decorators. This Costa was once thriving, with friendly staff & a clean welcoming environment. What has happened. I spent 2 minutes in the queue looking around at the shabby decor, filthy floor & tables, as a clearly fed up chap prepared drinks.

Considering this Costa is in the epicenter that is a tourist resort filled with the needy and demanding, it deserves a 5 star review for the very helpful and cheery staff - even when I became one of those awkward customers who had multiple gift vouchers that needed scanning, whilst a queue snaked in behind me!
Also nice to have a pleasant outside area to sit in which is dog friendly and an enclosed space away from the pavement crowds

Went into the branch on two consecutive days of my break in the Lakes.The staff were so friendly and very helpful a credit the Costa. I even downloaded the app on the advice from the staff.I had two hot toasted sandwiches which were amazing, as was the cinnamon bun latte.

Really bad, staff often get orders wrong even after repeating it many times.The last time I went in, they thought it was acceptable to use pre made warm milk from underneath the counter.You?re better off boiling a kettle.
