Always a pleasure to shop here, the staff are by far the friendliest and most attentive people I have met.The manager chloe is really friendly always going out her way to help me and other customers, she always works really hard!She's such a lovely girl.I think a top review with 5 stars is the least she deserves ?

Standard co-op food selections, thebloke who served us was helpful by letting me know I'd missed an offer and it would actually work out cheaper for me if I bought another item.

Went in store to request if item was available. Grey haired man with headset on was rude and unwelcoming. Ended up going to store across the road who knows how to give customer service

The store is nice and the goods are available but not well arrange and clean. The most disappointing thing is the staff and there manners toward customers, it's not acceptable and they have to be more polite and helpful.

This co-op is a complete mess it had the basics but only justThe shelves are not properly stocked and were a messed up, they didn?t have certain basic things such as Greek yogurt and organic milkWhich is what I went in to look for but they weren?t there so I just left

Absolutely awful , to have your change thrown at you so it ended up on the floor and when another assistant came to help the excuse was ?he?s had a bad day ? sorry but I work in hospitality and that just wrong , how bad a day in beautiful Bowness ?

We asked co op staff member named Alan if there is an 'Amazon locker' in store. Without even making eye contact he quite bluntly responded by sayin 'No'. He then saw us walk around the store searching for an Amazon locker with no luck. We then asked a colleague of his the same question, who told us that you can collect your parcel from the counter. Witnessing this, Alan then proceeded to go through the parcels behind the counter which he was well aware off. When confronted about why he was so unhelpful before, he argued that we technically enquired about a locker collection rather than a counter collection. He proceeded to process our collection while visibily embarrassed about being confronted. I got the impression that since my wife was wearing a headscarf, he did not want to help us

You should always get a receipt because the staff here make accounting errors quite often.Foreign visitors should take particular care.The products here are of general coop quality.

Sweet J#*#*, it's expensive in here. I mean , I'm not short of a pound or two but holy hell, the special offers were still more expensive than the standard prices back home ! And why, it's the same stuff.Do yourself a favour and go to Tesco down the road.
