I?m giving Wards 5 ?? because of 1 young man who served us, I didn?t get his name, but he went out of his way to help me, and he was so polite and knowledgeable, hats off to him. Apart from that though, wards has a great choice of paint, wallpaper, curtains and everything you need for decorating.

The paint I required was not available, the female member of staff at the counter informed me that they are waiting for an order. She failed to inform me when the order was due, or offer to mix the paint.I rang the manager Ian Noble who instructed me to email him a formal complaint, however he also failed to inform me when the delivery was due, or offer to mix the paint.

Today I was served once again by Jordan, he was as polite, courteous, and helpful as ever. As often are all of the other staff. I've used Wards for a number of years, and they have helped me out on many occasions. As a self-employed painter with over 35 years experience, I would highly recommend.

Once again I have received excellent service from the ladies in the interior decorating department at Wards today.I've been in quite a few times over the last 2 year's and have found that they always go out of their way to be helpful and are happy to give advice without being overbearing. They're brilliant at pairing up paint to go with your choice of wallpaper as well.Such friendly and approachable ladies.Highly recommend.

I always order my paint from Brian Burrows and delivers it to me wherever I'm at .If I need tech help or ask any queries its always Brian .I don't like ringing up due to one of the female members of staffs attitude .
