Absolutely awful customer service.I got one of their mobile broadbands which comes with a 14 day return guarantee for whatever reason.I was not satisfied with the 5G coverage in my area and so I returned it before the 14 days ran out.Somehow they charged me £35 after 1 month since I forgot to cancel my Direct Debit and after multiple times contacting them and visiting the store to confirm the full refund they only return £22.Never experienced this awful service and a world renowned company that cheats clients.I repeatedly confirmed with the billings department that £35 would be sent back.Furthermore, its basically impossible to get in touch with them via email or anyhow.Absolutely would not recommend it, you can pay a bit more with another company and get 20 times the service and trust.

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to phones, but thankfully Elle and Steve at Vodafone Barrow were incredibly helpful and patient, and worked out the best option for me, without trying to pressure me into signing up for anything I didn't want or need. Elle even continued to help me after her shift had finished. I'm very grateful! :-)

The staff at the Barrow store are exceptional. My husband and I are pensioners and bought 2 pay as you go phones yesterday. All my information, photos etc was transferred from my old phone and new apps downloaded for me. My husband's new phone was set up for him. We were given so much helpful advice too. A special thank you to Adrienne for her patience and brilliant customer service. I have been a Vodafone customer for years and will be for many more to come. Tried to add 15 gb data as a one off..... not possibleVodaphone did add 15 gb data every month.... had to ask to remove. The system doesn't allow for one off actions but only continuous additions which means the system isn't customer focussed and charges continually. Unfortunately I see this as another money making scam Sorry vodaphone but you are not meeting the need of your customer

Joined Vodafone a couple of years ago on the Black Friday deal and have found the network and the local branch to offer great customer service and an excellent turnaround time. I once had to send my phone for repair as the signal kept dropping out, I was supplied a phone to use while it was away while also being kept up to date with its progress. When I upgraded, the staff member was professional and offered to show me what my new device was capable of and to set it up for me (I declined the offer as setting it up is part of the fun for me!!). Would recommend Vodafone and the staff at the branch in Barrow.
