From start to finish a 5* warm welcome and experience at Tesco vision express . So with me getting old in this day and age , I went for an eye test , my eye sight was dwindling. Glasses were needed. I decided after my test that I would go and pursue my new found spectacles at vision express as I had been told of their great service . All 3 women were fantastic , Danna, Jeanie and Amy all took their time out to help me find a pair that suited me and made me look classy. With me being a 30 year old male , my fashion sense is questionable so I called upon these 3 fantastic ladies to help me out and they did. I left a happy customer . I will definitely be using barrows vision express for my future purchases , the customer service was 5* , the employees were 5*. Give them ladies a pay rise.Jack Thorburn

Excellent service at Vision Express. No waiting, easy process, and friendly, helpful staff. Amy helped me choose my glasses and I?m very happy with the result! Would definitely recommend.

The staff ok, but if you have a problem and take them back for a refund and pay with cash god help you. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get mine. They don't have enough petty cash, so they would do a bank transfer. YES 2 WEEKS STILL WAITING. I will never use them again. ???

The staff were fantastic, however my glasses had to go bad twice due to the lenses not fitting the frames so am now without glasses again.

Excellent customer service , friendly and efficient staff and great pricing on some very stylish frames. Have used Tesco Opticians and now VE for years and always find them the best .
