Consistently good service every time I have visited. Friendly and helpful. Good location and is a popular destination. My one slight criticism is a lack of a cupboard or drawers to put my clothes in, which is a shame as that would've hit the 5 stars. But still recommended.

First of all receptionist (Sue) was unwelcoming. No greetings, No Hello, no smile ? instead she was looking at computer screen while we entered and didn?t pay any attention towards us. I said hello and gave my name for booking. Key cards were given without uttering a single word. Just to make a small conversation, i asked if they have cafe here and she gave me a surprised look. I answered myself and said ?Oh you only do packed breakfast box?? To which she replied ?Yes? and that was the only word came out of her mouth.
Room was standing family room. Nothing much to mention. Hotel overall in a bit need of refurbishing.

Stayed in two different room's. One OK and the other had a funky smell. They are clean enough but the WiFi is so poor I ended using my data and not for the first time in a travel lodge. I only use travel lodges as that's where my work put me up when I work away.
P.S the staff are always friendly and helpful

Stayed for 3 nights, reception was really friendly ans helpful. Didn't plan for our daughter to stay in the room but they accommodated and found her a bed the next night. Good facility's near by for food/ coffees. Only downside was the bed firmness, deffiantly wasent good for me but that's just personal preference.

We had a family room that was a normal doudle room with 2 fold up beds in it ?Beds were to firm, woke up several times with burning hips and aching backs. Noisy guests woke us up 3 times through the night and once by a car that was well and truly past its sell by date. Did not have a good night's sleep, did not feel refreshed as advertised
