Bang on perfect.. went in for a key replacement as old one was snapped in half, within a couple of minutes I had 2 new keys .. brilliant service and very happy friendly service!

The staff attitude mainly and then I'm quite sure he lied when saying he could not get in the back as I just did it with my index nail while talking to him. Maybe take watch repair from the list as it seems you're spread way too thin.
