Tesco was shocking today. The aircon was leaking they had a bucket in the middle of the open vegetables. Very unhygienic. They had another leak in the freezer aisle to. They should shut both aisle down until the problem was fixed and got rid of the food that the fluid was hitting on

So I came to Tesco to buy a red bull, I am 17 years old. I was paying and got asked for my id so I gave them my provisional driving licence the lad that was checking it and asked for a second opinion and that is fair enough. I thought it was a piss take that it took 5 workers to look at my real id telling me it?s not real and threatening to take it when I will need it for my driving lessons. It took 10 minutes for them to give me it back and give me the red bull. Complete waste of time and an absolute joke.

Pharmacist interrogated me and wanted access to my NHS health record when I had organised an emergency prescription via 111. Is this standard practice? Also was told, along with others, to wait half an hour for a pharmacist consultation. When I came back, the consultation involved shouting questions from the back, and no privacy available to me when I answered. Very poor customer service and no privacy.

Always enjoy my shopping experience, but disappointed that choice of organic vegetables is being reduced, week on week eg cucumbers, onions. What next? I'll have to buy them elsewhere.

Stinking male toilets. Visited today around 20.00 and the male toilets are absolutely stinking. Store is large and has all the supplies. Need to pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
