“Easy to park. Plenty of trollies. Staff are really nice. Choice is about the same as a lot of other supermarkets with some items unavailable (hence 4 stars). Aldi remains good value for the goods I buy. Their prices are increasing but it is to be expected but still cheaper than other 'named' stores. Visited again this evening. Still plenty of stock albeit a bit untidy but it has been open all day. No issues with anything in this store or the staff.”

“Pleasantly surprised, only called as I have had dozens of flyers posted and felt I should take a look. It is cheaper than your tesco adsa morrisons store for many items. My advice is make a list and stick to it. With the large choice of freezer items it's easy to get carried away and spend a lot .”

“I purchased a suitcase which had been incorrectly priced at my local store Barrow in Furness. The store colleague Gary Rawlinson looked for the right one, went to the back warehouse to locate it then proceeded to assist with the exchange/refund. He took the time away from the task he was doing to assist with this. Fabulous customer service and done with a smile on his face. Brilliant service thank you.”

“Stock is well presented, and the range is interesting. Practical shopping, along with gifts, gardening, sweets, stationary, pet food. Always worth checking out the prices. I found a brand name more than £1 cheaper than local super markets.”

“One of the gentleman pharmacists is the most lovely man; sometimes the staff keep you waiting without acknowledging your presence. I know they are busy but a quick 'eye contact' would be enough to say, "I know you are there" while they continue with their duties.”

“Having done my big Christmas shop my app wouldn't open up to scan my barcode so I mist out on £27.80. I call at the customer service department and was help to get my app open to scan and was refunded to my account the full amount. I would just like to say a big thank you to the member of staff who delt with me yesterday. Tesco has the best and friendly staff. Am glad I made the swop to shop at Tesco many months ago from morrisons.”

“Nice to see a supermarket that has plenty of staff on the tills. There nothing More annoying when you go to other supermarkets and see a raw of ten or twelve tills and only two in working order. Morrisons in Barrow is a supermarket you can quickly dash in and out and not have to wait your lunch break queuing. Plus it's the best quality food.”

“I went to Tesco tonight to buy a few articles and because of my cancer I was really struggling with coughing and breathlessness. The cashier put my items through the till for me and offered to take them to my car. I would just like her to get recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty. Her name was Jo at flass Lane Tesco in Barrow in Furness. Thursday 30th March around 9.10pm. Hopefully Tesco will read this and pass this onto the lady. I can’t thank you enough.”

“A good shop in a local place, went round the corner at lunchtime and picked up a fine meal deal, All day breakfast sandwich made to perfection using the finest British sausage and the freshest vegetables from local farms. this was then followed up by a gigantic scotch egg that was something of a masterpiece on the taste buds, succulent sausage meat that melts in the mouth and a whole boiled egg that was soft and tasty. This was all washed down by a 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max which had a crisp and refreshing taste on the tongue. I would highly recommend coming to this co-op and grabbing a meal deal for the low price of £3.25. x”
