I came into the store with my son who had his ear pierced a few weeks prior at a different establishment but they weren't open on Sundays.
The front of my son's stud had come off leaving the bar and butterfly back stuck in his ear. Michelle was really helpful and patient with my son and tried her best to help. Would definitely recommend and return here for future piercings.

Finally found what I needed in the shop as no one to ask - only 1 woman serving on till - but when I got to be served woman was very rude. Asked if I had loyalty card I said no not on me, deodorant was on offer but charged more, she didn't want to go and check and was adamant it was a loyalty card price - it wasn't then Moaned said I should sign up for one. Again I stated I have one but it's at home so she took my money and said it was my fault as I could've given my email to find my card details but wasn't given the option before paying. Think staff member needs refresher course in customer service

Woman working, had dark hair and glasses (Forgot to get her name), was really helpful and dropped what she was doing to join me while I was looking for things to buy. 10/10 service!

Good for make up and hair care even mobile phones , they even stock pubic shampoo and tena for men.Not so super for drugs though mostly over the counter stuff, didnt have any garys or beak so maybe a name change.
