This review is in terms of the contact lenses? i would NOT recommend. I pay £36 a month for daily?s and am now 2 weeks and counting for my contacts and they have turned up? We have called plenty of times and has been no help. I have cancelled my subscription now and that is 3 months worth of payments done the drain with my contacts not turning up

I attended an emergency appointment and was extremely impressed with the care I received. The optometrist was incredibly thorough, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He quickly identified the issue and provided clear, detailed explanations at every stage. He arranged a prompt referral to ophthalmology and gave me excellent advice on how to manage things in the meantime. I truly felt in safe hands and am so grateful for the level of attention and support. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service at the Barrow in Furness store
The person that did my initial checks was friendly
and opthalmologist made me feel relaxed.
Advisor was helpful in helping me choose glasses, I picked a pair for daily use and sunglasses, both varyifocals, she explained the change in lenses and was very accurate measuring correctly for varifocals, I've had no problems atall. On collection a different advisor was very helpful and made sure the glasses fitted correctly.
