Went in store today to get some white cavan shoes so I can paint them for a trip I'm taking. I couldn't see any on the shelves in my size as I have big feet so asked the lovely lass on the shop floor if they had any in a size 9.

Male store assistant found it too much to smile or offer any customer service. I found a pair of shoes I liked but the ones on the shelf were dirty and scuffed so I asked him if he had any others. He bluntly replied no they are supposed to be like that... Despite none of the other sizes in the shelf having the same dirty... read full comment
