Lovely man showed me around the house . However when I put an offer in and didn't hear back, I called them for an update . the women said she had left me a voicemail days earlier which was a lie. Upped my offer said she would ring me back still nothing. At least let people know if their offer is declined and don't lie about leaving a voicemail

An excellent service received during my mortgage process.
All thanks to Jan, she was exceptional and even went out of her way to help out after the mortgage processs was completed to get a document from the seller.
I highly recommend Ross estate agencies.

Hands down the most horrendous experience... the old chap couldn't even be bothered to get out of his car to show us around the property, so unacceptable. When we asked him to drag himself out of his car and open the back door of the property, it was met with no enthusiasm at all. He couldn't answer any of my questions about the property either.I remember when Ross' was such a brilliant estate agents, the ladies in the office were always so professional and happy to help, seems like customer experience isn't at the heart of their practise anymore.Following an unreturned phone call from the agency, regarding an offer. After an hour of waiting i called back, the snotty agent who I spoke to was rude, standoffish and condescending, she told me that she couldn't help as the person who was handling the sale wasn't in and I'd have to wait until tomorrow! I wanted to make an offer on a property...Really?? Wow!! Stay away....

Don't think I can explain absolutely appalling unprofessional, when you get a call to say your very good offer was not accepted because the other party had more money was the vendor a mortgage company is this estate agents a mortgage company they never saw any paper work of any funds from myself I feel the middle person spat out the dummy

Our experience with Ross estate agents (barrow) as a buyer has been amazing.From helping us find our new home, to constantly going above and beyond to ensure any troubles we faced during our (non straight forward) purchase we?re resolved quickly.Everyone I spoke to, were friendly & professional at all times. However, Tracy was exceptional! She really cared about us. she was patient, reassuring & I couldn?t praise her enough!After my experience I wouldn?t sell my house with anyone else! - I spoke to every single agent in the area as a buyer, and some were so rude. Not only were Ross estate agents happy to help me find a home they looked after us throughout. We?re forever grateful!Thank you to all the team, but especially Tracy - she?s a wonderful lady!
