I'm not giving anymore than 1 star, because I think your delivery of letters is appalling. You need to teach your postmen to post letters through the letter box not throwing them through the railings on the landing near my front door. If I hadn't gone out there I wouldn't of known there were letters on the floor outside my flat door, one being my new bank card and an important letter from the hospital. This is happening all the time now. And I am not happy.

Paid for a parcel to be delivered, specifically paid extra for faster delivery so I knew I would be at home and available to receive it.The parcel sat in Preston unmoving for 4 days after the supposed delivery date and on the following Monday, as soon as the online tracking would allow me I altered the address knowing I would now be at work and not available to collect.Royal Mail seemed to ignore this and try to deliver the parcel on both the Monday and the following Tuesday to my home address and of course I was not home.Now I am left with having to wait an entire extra week and until Saturday where I can go into the office to collect assuming it?s actually open for once because these people are seemingly unable to complete the job for which they are paid.

Please could you update the opening hours when you change them? It's a ridiculous faff to get to this office as it is let alone when you check the opening hours and then when you get there it's closed.

If there was anything less than a star thats what you should be getting.Very terrible service providers. We expected a time sensitive parcel which was paid for via special next delivery. Whoever was meant to have delivered it obviously lied and updated the tracking details as a failed delivery without leaving a card to prove this and on calling the office was told it hasn?t actually been delivered.Its been 48hours and still yet to get item delivered. There is obviously no regard for the importance of a timed delivery and service is full of lies.

I do wonder why RM think it?s OK to keep my Xmas cards in their sorting offices. Totally ruined my Xmas as all my family cards haven?t been delivered. No consideration for elderly who weren?t able to see their family & not even their cards. Also, when it suits your posties they throw my parcels on the doorstep but the day before you last strike you took it away again. That was 22 December, so I will have to collect myself & hope I won?t have to queue in the cold! I have been down with flu for almost 2 weeks. Other Companies leave with neighbours or redeliver.! Any support I had for your strike disappeared when you decided 2 days before Xmas to withhold your service & I still haven?t received my Xmas. It?s the public your hurting not your employers!

The post office have forgot they are running a business. Pretty sure some of the staff think they work for the Queen posting letters as a favour. Literally every time I pick up a parcel it closed due to sickness. Never mind the strikes. Go round the back and Literally 10 staff milling about.

Where to start. Retained a covid PCR test stating in tracking that we asked them not to deliver - completely untrue and highly irresponsible. Pushed a card through days earlier without knocking then lost that parcel. Constantly deliver my mail to various other faraway homes, causing those strangers a nuisance. Frequently deliver strangers mail at distant addresses to ours - I feel like an unpaid delivery service. They deserve the bad reviews and need to consider risks and data protection breaches too.Update 14 Nov 2022 - now redirecting other people?s mail who are not listed for redirection AND redirecting to a complete stranger?s address. This is two years of total incompetence
