As a landlord I have used PC Lettings to market and manage my property for 15 years. They have provided an excellent service, marketing my property, vetting tenants, keeping all health and safety checks/certificates/records up to date and ensuring the house was in great order with swift repairs within days of the tenant calling them, plus regular inspections carried out etc etc.
Great communication and correspondence at all times and always consulted as to any repairs/cost/ decisions.
A great team, always available to speak to and ready to go that extra mile when needed. Cant recommend them highly enough. Just sat back and let them get on with it. Secure in the knowledge that everything was spot on.

We are current tenants with PC Lettings, having sold our home we needed to find a property quickly. As with the rental market lots of properties were going as soon as they were coming in. Cath & Lynn were so supportive throughout our experience, and helped us to secure a lovely home for our family. Lynn was great in showing us properties at convenient times for us and cath was quick to respond to any email or phone call.
We haven?t needed to call them about issues, however I have no doubt that if we did they would be efficient at resolving from my current experience.

PC Lettings provided a great experience for
us.
They supported us at every step throughout our tenancy - from quick responses to prompt maintenance arrangements. Even when we decided to move out before the end of our tenancy, they were incredibly helpful and quickly found a new tenant.
If you're looking for peace of mind and a reliable, trustworthy service, I would strongly recommend PC Lettings.
Update:
our experience at the end of the tenancy was less smooth. We did not receive our holding deposit for almost a month, and only later found out it was being withheld due to a gardening issue. When we moved in, the garden was overgrown, and we were told it couldn?t be addressed due to the time of year. We left it in a similar condition, and during inspection a week before moving out, no concerns were raised.
Despite this, we were asked to pay half of the gardening fee. While we were willing to cooperate due to the otherwise excellent service, the lack of communication?particularly not responding to emails or explaining the reason for the delay?felt unprofessional and unfair.
That said, I still believe PC Lettings is a trustworthy and supportive agency. I would recommend them, but advise future tenants to ensure clear communication and documentation around handover expectations.

Poor communication! On TWO occasions someone has tried to enter the house we are renting without giving us notice. On the first occasion, the agency sent a gas man round with a key, he entered without knocking . The agency told me the email from our landlord booking gas maintainance has slipped through the net and they apologised. I accepted this apology as I thought it would be a one off. The same thing has happened again, this time with a letting agent entering with prospective new Tennants for a viewing. I understand they need to find new tenants and have not refused any viewings in the past. However they had failed to email me about this viewing. Both occasions left me shaken up, it's a terrifying experience having someone trying to enter your home whilst your in it - it's an invasion of privacy. I have not had any other issues with this agency and its very unfortunate I'm having to write this!

Don't carry out tenancy checks as per contract and as a result was left with damage. Owner is rude and unprofessional.

I would definitely recommend PCLettings to anyone letting a property. PCLettings found our tenant five years ago and have always been there to offer advice and support throughout the years.
