Waited 20 mins for my parcel. Was only the 2nd person collecting, by the time someone decided to go upstairs there was at least 12 people waiting. No sorry for the wait. Just huffing and puffing. Terrible customer service. The place is getting worse

Went in to look at suits and was very poor. There were very few size options in a simple black suit and the ones that I did look towards trying on had dirty marks on them already in the shop! The sizes that there was were on the wrong coat hangers and mixed up racks of colour

Nice friendly staff always helpful..........I bought 4 items in the sale and on entry to the store was given a large plastic bag to put my items in. When I paid I asked for a bag and was sold the usual Red Next sale bag. The first clear plastic bag was put in a bin????? why were my goods not put into this bag???? I thought we were saving the planet ?? Are these bags re-cycled??It seems a waste to me.

I bought a cardicoat value 38 pounds at the beginning of october took it home but was too big so i returned it there wasn't a size 10 so the assistant ordered one for me. It was due to arrive in store 15th Oct just after that date i received a message that it was out of stock and would arrive on the 21st Oct a couple of days after that date i had another message saying it had arrived i went to get it on Friday 26th and found it wasnt in a bag with a coat hanger but folded as small as possible and put in a plastic inner bag and the same size outer bag. I opened the bag and found the with so many creases in it it would have needed to iron it. Why are they sent like this.? Nobody buys something new and then have to iron it. I am very disappointed the stupidity of it all and the waste of my time
