We have been delivering mental health services for over 50 years. Based in an area facing many health inequalities we empower our clients to access all community and society has to offer in order to build resilience. With a holistic approach to recovery we support the whole person which means tackling the root causes of poor mental health addressing issues around debt, inappropriate housing, coping skills, educational/vocational opportunities, relationships, etc. Client centred and client led, we are based at the heart of the communities we serve, working in partnership with many local groups to ensure multiple need. Service provision in Barrow, Ulverston and Millom and surrounding areas
