Appalling service ignored for 20 minutes while 3 lads working there flirted with young girls who didn't buy anything saw us struggling to get a shoe from high shelf but because we weren't young in nored us and then disappeared attitude when we finally found someone was I'm busy when someone finally arrived to locate the trainer my husband wanted to try we were told he couldn't because they couldn't find the left trainer it was an odd shoe but the right shoe still on display obviously because we complained they just couldn't be bothered . The shop was extremely dirty went home and bought same on line. The whole staff need training in manners and customer service

I recently bought an E- gift card which was a gift to my friend who's birthday it was. The site showed that e gift card will be delivered within minutes. However to my embarrassment, I called my friend to know whether he got it the next day and it didn't.
Absolute shame. I then called the customer care and they , after 10 minutes of hold time said that they can tell me the number, I said it's a gift card and please send to the person's details who I filled while purchasing it. To my shock, JD customer team told me they cannot do it and I had no option but to get the card number. I then sent the card number to my friend which is absolutely bullshit as it was a gift.
So sorry JD.

I went in to JD yesterday and I was looking for various things
All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, they help me find the correct laces that I needed for my shoes
I am writing this review because i accidentally pressed when paying that the service was bad as I thought it was a donation question and felt guilty as a staff were actually genuinely helpful

Worst experience ever.I spent 95.00£ on a pair of shoes and wear them for about 6 hours.Apparently, when i tried explaining my issues with the shoes as VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE, I've been told that nothing can be done as their policy on returning would be impossible as i wear them already.Waste of time and money.i can't describe my feelings as too frustrating.
