Throughout renovating a home on each visit to B&Q he has gone above and beyond for myself and my partner on visiting the store most days and we are very grateful for this. I’m very happy with the service given. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about some other members (Louise) of staff in the store considering this is a place where people need guidance on what they are looking for.”
