I purchased a suitcase which had been incorrectly priced at my local store Barrow in Furness. The store colleague Gary Rawlinson looked for the right one, went to the back warehouse to locate it then proceeded to assist with the exchange/refund. He took the time away from the task he was doing to assist with this. Fabulous customer service and done with a smile on his face. Brilliant service thank you.

The best place for things like shower gels, laundry stuff, cupboard fillers like crisps and biscuits etc and I really like their seasonal stuff too, all of this is great but PLEASE OPEN MORE TILLS I BEG YE!!!
