“I purchased a suitcase which had been incorrectly priced at my local store Barrow in Furness. The store colleague Gary Rawlinson looked for the right one, went to the back warehouse to locate it then proceeded to assist with the exchange/refund. He took the time away from the task he was doing to assist with this. Fabulous customer service and done with a smile on his face. Brilliant service thank you.”

“Service/staff are excellent, helpful-(always about to help you also)& friendly but products not always there, especially when offers are on the shelf can be empty for 3 days so people are not getting the full advantage of the offer because it's not there to buy-more stock needs ordering or sending to the shops so more customers get the advantage I shop there 2-3 times a week & enjoy the experience. I buy 3 things if they're on offer because I know there's a good chance it won't be in the next time I visit the store-I look at the date when the offer is ending & then if it's in before the offer ends then I buy more a couple more than I normally would obviously!!”

“A good shop in a local place, went round the corner at lunchtime and picked up a fine meal deal, All day breakfast sandwich made to perfection using the finest British sausage and the freshest vegetables from local farms. this was then followed up by a gigantic scotch egg that was something of a masterpiece on the taste buds, succulent sausage meat that melts in the mouth and a whole boiled egg that was soft and tasty. This was all washed down by a 500ml bottle of Pepsi Max which had a crisp and refreshing taste on the tongue. I would highly recommend coming to this co-op and grabbing a meal deal for the low price of £3.25. x”

Went above and beyond to help us yesterday in store.Struggling to get a photograph printed from the instore machine, Sarah took charge of the situation. We were so pleased to obtain a great print, as left to our own devices this would never have been the case.Thank-you Sarah C. “Oh my, let me tell you about my recent trip to Tesco with my dear husband. We were on a mission to buy some Easter eggs for our precious grandchildren, and I was thrilled to have his company on this errand. As we entered the store, I couldn't help but notice the bustling crowd of shoppers. But we forged ahead and soon found ourselves in the egg aisle, debating the merits of the various chocolate options. And then, my dear husband surprised me by suggesting we take a break and enjoy a little treat in the Tesco cafe. He knows just how to make my day! The cafe was bustling too, but we managed to find a table and placed our order for coffee and cake. And let me tell you, it was simply delightful. The coffee was hot and strong, and the cake was moist and delicious. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was quick and efficient, and we were soon back on our way to finish our shopping. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I must say that having coffee and cake with my husband in the Tesco cafe may have to become a regular occurrence after our shopping trips. Thank you, Tesco, for making our day a little sweeter!”

“Only went in for a lunch time sandwich. The meal deal. The selection and prices are the best of the 3 big supermarkets ( Asda,Tesco & Morrisons)I can't compare to Sainsbury's as I don't think I've ever tried one of theirs. If they even do one.Cheers”
