  Seperate to the above comments i use these chaps and find them very good. I manage 600 houses in this area and we use two companies for this type of work and fhc are one of them. I always recommend them as they go when they say they are going to go and do a good job. As regards the review above leaks so happen but i would bet my bottom dollar fhc would have gone straight away and fixed it if requested to do so.

  Furness Heating Components are based on Abbey Road, right at the bottom of Dalton Road. They sell gas and electricfires, fire surrounds, boilers and cookers. They also have a limited selection of ornaments and mirrors which match the surround that they sell. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and have a good knowledge of their products. The range of fires is wide, although they have a limited amount on show in the showroom. Fires and surrounds can be mixed and matched to suit everyones tastes. They also offer a repair services, and an installation service. Delivery is free, although most items have to be ordered in, so delivery can take a couple of weeks.
