I previously had Gemma value my property back in January, unfortunately I thought there fees were a little higher to a competitor. I chose them, I was tied into a three month contract. I called Gemma after 6 months and three reductions. She worked quickly, along with the Sales manager Nicole who is amazing. They sold my house to a cash buyer in less than 24hours on the market.
I cannot recommend Gemma, Nicole and the team at Barrow enough. They have been great. Seriously don't just think it is cheaper to sell elsewhere because they are great at what they do.

Dan did the valuation on my property. I had 3 valuations and his was by far the most realistic.
He paid attention to all the features of my property and pointed out its superiority in comparison with other similars properties in the neighbourhood.
On price he was spot on due to his knowledge and experience which I agreed with straight away.
Very efficient and friendly approach.
Highly recommend.

I have been working with Nicole the branch manager and Libby over the course of the last year, purchasing several projects with them for renovations and let me just say, it has been an utter pleasure to work with them both, they have such a fantastic attitude towards making a deal work for all parties, ensuring all queries are answered and never leaving you wanting, even when it wasn't in their benefit. The grammar used in the email I received was very unprofessional.
I arranged a viewing of a property then received an email cancelling it due to the vendor being in a notice period to withdraw from using Farrell Heyworth in the future. They told me that the vendor had suspended viewings during the notice period, but I found out later from the vendor that this is not true. The vendor has had a nightmare whilst trying to sell this house through Farrell Heyworth on several matters. Wouldn?t recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Decided to test the waters with the sale of my house by inviting Gemma Gardner from Farrell Hayworth round for a valuation. After a very reassuring conversation and some signed papers and 2-3 weeks later my house is under offer. Very impressed with the smoothness and speed of the whole process. Couldn?t be happier. I contacted Farrell Heyworth to have my property valued. They sent Gemma Gardner, who valued my property. Gemma was very helpful, I have never sold a house previously. She explained everything clearly and was always available for any queries I had.
She always went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful, my house was under offer within a week due to her commitment and hard work.
I cannot recommend Gemma enough. If you are new to this process and want someone to guide you through the whole process then definitely get hold of her.

We have just sold our property through farell and heyworth, firstly we were given the biggest valuation by 20 thousand pounds difference, secondly we sold within 2 weeks of going on market and thirdly the employees were more than helpful, they kept us informed of progress weekly and were extremely helpful with any of our enquiries I honestly couldn't ask for anymore. Highly recommend them and if I was to sell again there would be zero hesitation choosing this estate agents again!

My husband and I have bought our forever home via Farrell Heyworth. As the sale progressed we were put in the care of Alison Whiteside. The key word here is care, Alison cared, Alison was there helping and supporting. Any questions we had were answered immediately and if Alison didn?t know the answer she found the answer. We would have been lost without Alison?s care and support. Also another important point is that we were never made to feel we were being a pest or a nuisance or stupid or silly and I assure you we were all of these things and Alison took it all in her stride, calming us down. There are no words that we can say to fully appreciate how thankful we are to Alison. Another excellent skill that Alison demonstrated is how she interacted with us, putting us at ease, never being annoyed with our constant questions, talking to us in a way that we understood. Down to earth but still retaining total professionalism. The only negative is that we will miss our little chats as Alison is so easy to speak with. Farrell Heyworth have an absolute diamond in the team with Alison. Amazing, adorable, talented, wonderful, and all the nice words we can think of but above all, Alison cared and that meant more than anything else. Thank you Alison.
