Great service. Got signed up without any problems. New phone arrived today. Special thanks to Mark for doing his best to convince O2 that my calls and messages haven't been working for three weeks. I'm on a temporary number until O2 send me a new sim so I can get the PAC code needed.

The o2 shop was closed down that's who im with and I actually thought they were very unapproachable in that shop but I young lad from this shop called josh came to my rescue and sorted all my o2 problems out yet he works here for a rival company which says it all for my 5 star rating thanks josh I recommend this shop and this lad getting a promotion or payrise
