Fantastic pharmacy, all the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. If there is ever an issue witha particular medication, ie manufacturing issues (which is very rare), they will usually manage to source the item and have it available as soon as possible. I'd highly recommend Cowards....

Letter arrived in prescription to say removing blister packs for patients. Just another cost cutting exercise disguised as efficacy. How someone with dementia is supposed to cope is beyond me. Go local they say, go independent they say. Now have to go to Boots as it's the only chemist in town that will provide the service.Shoddy!

Rude and presumptuous staff. Used this pharmacy quite often as they stock a specific antihistamine in the quantities I need for my horse who suffers from Sweet Itch - as they were cheaper than the vets. Staff seemed Ok initially, however on last visit, the woman over the counter rolled her eyes, tutted and reluctantly gave me them. On a visit today to purchase something for a colleague - before I?d even opened my mouth to ask - Plain Jane behind the counter started with her ?we can?t serve you - you?re not having them? rhetoric. I can only surmise lording antihistamines over customers must add an element of fun to her otherwise dull day. Dated pharmacy with rude staff. Go to Boots or Cohens instead.

Fantastic service. I normally order my prescription online with the GP Surgery and my medication is ready for collection at the pharmacy usually 2-3 days later. The staff are pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile.

I was given a generic drug even though it had Branded one on. I questioned the drug and was assured that it was the Branded one. I went down hill very quickly so looked into this drug and had it confirmed by both the branded and the suppliers of the generitic that it is generic! Dr also confirmed. Yes it is up to pharmacy to give out branded but don't lie. I feel so bad I wanted to hand in my notice at work. Never going back there again. Dangerous giving out unsuitable meds passing them off as Branded
