I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is to avoid this estate agent at all costs. My personal experience with them was an absolute nightmare, driven by their complete lack of communication and professionalism. Despite my genuine interest in a property, their inability to keep me informed left me in a state of limbo and ultimately without a place to live. To make matters worse, the delay in returning my money only exacerbated the situation, causing unnecessary stress and financial strain.But the issues don't stop there. Their response times are shockingly poor. They've repeatedly promised to call me back with information, only to show absolutely no intention of actually following through. This kind of false reassurance is not only frustrating but also indicative of their disregard for their clients' time and needs. It's abundantly clear that their lack of communication extends beyond negligence and into a deliberate strategy of evasion.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I implore you to steer clear of this estate agent. Their actions have shown a blatant disregard for their clients, and choosing them would be a grave mistake that could lead to untold frustrations and difficulties. When considering an estate agent, make sure you opt for one that not only provides a service but also treats you with respect and professionalism. This particular agent falls short on all counts, and engaging with them would likely result in nothing but more disappointment and distress.

Unresponsive to my viewing requests at first. Eventually I got a (rushed) viewing but the person seemed to have limited knowledge of the property and was a bit disinterested.
