Worst practice in furness waited 4 weeks for a phone call on the morning of call got a message the doctor could not find my phone number she has phone me before so the surgery has my phone number l went up to complain only to be told come back the next day to speak to the manager went up she was busy so left my phone number 9 o'clock tonight still waiting surgery going down the pan l will be looking for a new doctor poor practice no stars

Shambles of a practice.. when you do manage to get through to reception thay put you on hold for 20 minutes.. 48 hours wait if you want a phone appointment (if your lucky) FOR THEM TO NOT EVEN BOTHER PHONING.. 2 min 26 seconds my phone appointment last time.. hardly enough time to explain to the doctor.. to be fobbed off yet again...

Requested a sick note on Monday. Told it would be ready on Tuesday, then on Wednesday.It is now Thursday and it still hasn't been signed by the doctor!!!

This practice procedure should be urgently looked atAsking people to fill forms in online is pathetic and lazy a lot of people are to ill to do this and a lot of people don?t have access to a computer etcQuoting 48 hrs to look at the forms before they even acknowledge you I feel this practice is taking full advantage of the COVID-19

The allergy specialist, nurse and doctor I have been examined by at this practice are second to none, their knowledge and expertise precedes them, they are polite and courteous and actually care about the patient to a level far beyond any other I have experienced in my 32years on this earth... Reception staff on arrival are also spectacular very efficient and extremely friendly and polite... Best surgery aroused
