Our shopping experience in store at Barrow was lovely, staff very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately our original delivery was cancelled a week prior to our date, we had to wait a further 2 weeks from the original date customer services quoted after ordering due to apparent manufacturing delays however, the products were stamped with March 25 (which is before the original delivery date). What was quoted as a 4 week lead time in store turned into 6 and then 8 weeks. Once arrived beds were easy to assemble and look lovely, however, service from Benson's delivery services leaves a lot to be desired.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Great customer experience, would recommend going in rather than online. A little wait before delivery but friendly delivery chaps were very helpful.

Update - Bed is 5 months old and mattress has dipped on both sides with a ridge in the middle. DO NOT GET A BED FROM HERE!!
I went into store not sure what the best bed would be for myself and my husband as I have back problems and he has rheumatoid arthritis but we also needed storage. We were shown a number of beds, given a pillow to use while testing the beds and tried a few different beds.
We were then offered a really good deal on an Artisan Grand full set. We got a great price but I'm not 100% sure it was the best bed option for us, I think we got tempted by a bargain but only time will tell. I'm not sure if we should have gone for a Tempur or iGel bed instead. Staff were very friendly though.
Collection - bed was meant to be wrapped for Collection but wasn't, not impressed by that. They said delivery was not available on the need we bought as it was shop stock.
Use - definitely way too firm and not the right choice at all. Have had to buy a memory foam mattress topper and will be buying a different mattress when we can.
