It's like any other Dr's in the uk. Busy, waiting time too long. Unfriendly towards patients.Check-in machines are always broken.Phone is never answered when ringing for appointments.It used to be a great practice, but not anymore.

Appalling. Staff ( if there is any), frequently absent from desk. Rang for repeat prescription to be told I need a review despite no problems with previous gp for 30 yrs. Rang for review appt.
