I don't even know where to start with this review, unfortunately Google doesn't give the option for zero stars otherwise I'd have chosen it. So if anyone is considering buying a Sealy bed, I warn you to stay well clear. Our 18 month old Sealy spa bed, was the biggest pile of garbage we had the misfortune to buy. How on earth Sealy thought this level of manufacturing is acceptable is beyond me. So in case the pictures aren't clear...The base of the bed spilt (made from cardboard) and no there was no damage from us. Report analysis showed manufacturers fault.Headboard...well that's just a joke, the faults are endless. The draws didn't close properly and put together with glue.Mattress sagging (second mattress had the same fault and still resembling a hammock). Hubby and I weigh 72kg & 60kg so nothing to do with our weight. The mattress was supposed to contain high quality materials, yeah right polyurethane foam. The cheapest nastiest memory foam out there. Which is no longer used in mattresses in America for health reasons.I could go on and on with the list of faults but you get the idea and that bed was £2,000. Unbelievable!!!Thankfully, the retailer we bought the bed from acknowledged the bed was complete and utter garbage, took it back and gave us a refund.Even the delivery people said it's the worst bed they'd ever seen on collection and joked it must have been a Friday afternoon bed.I am tempted to take these photos to Sealy head office in America because the quality is dire, but I wanted people in the UK to see it too. If you buy a Sealy bed after reading this, good luck. You'll need it.

I sincerely warn everyone against purchasing one of those mattresses in UK. I can confirm the claims in the previous reviews that the mattress sags really quickly. Mine didin't even last for 7 months from the date of purchase. I tried to claim the guarantee on this product which (surprise surprise) was rejected. They said that the soft material which bed base is covered in could cause the massive sag in my mattress. I am fully disgusted by the way they handled things. I was the biggest Sealy fan, bought a few mattresses already in my life as I move frequently, was recommending to my friends- NO more. You've lost yourself a life-time customer, plus I will tell everyone around not to buy Sealy, and (surprise surprise) they will surely pass the message further. If you reply to this comment with copy/paste from your previous responses it means you agree you scam people for money

I had a 1200 Napoli latex top, lasted about 2 years and then delved, its 2020, I have sold the whole bed thinking it was the frame, and it wasnt!! I am ringing Sealy today to explain I have seen problems with delving mattresses, on here, and now I have sold my bed frame for no reason. The place I bought it didnt help and told me to put hardboard under. A very disappointing as I have bought latex topped and only bed I can sleep on, new bed agony.

One by one we have put these in all our rooms. We all love the product and the fact that it is made in Britain by people with skills.

I bought a very expensive mattress with the new top to replace memory foam. Bought in July 18 and I cannot believe how strange it is. I get a very comfortable sleep and no pain in my back. But a big hollow has appeared on my side of the bed and if I try to move over nearer the middle, I have to climb a tiny hill and it pushes me back to the edge of the bed. I am lucky I don?t move too much as I would end up on the floor.I am going to contact the company - will let u know how I get on. To finish the new top material is not working.

We have the hybrid 2200 pocket perfection mattress on our sealy kingsize Espresso divan bedIt?s amazing and A bonus as it doesn?t need turning or spinning roundBest nights sleep for agesSealy were so helpful helping us choose the correct mattress for our needs as it is a bit of a mine field with so much choice and the vast array of bed shops offers and pushy sells just actually can add to the problem. You can?t lay on them for hours it?s just really a quick try Then you don?t know how long it?s been the shop for How many people have laid on it ?Is it actually up to an up to date model?Asking Sealy we found was best for us and of course our budget. They then told us where the matress they?d recommended was stocked nearby so we could check it out.We didn?t have to buy there just check it out with the knowledge it was a recongnised Sealy supplier.Excellent result all roundThe Panther delivery company were top quality tooI rate this company and it?s customer service 100%+Jan Redmond

The Sealy mattress boasted all sorts of endorsements, with confusing, but clearly effective marketing. Lots of descriptions about support, and zones, technical jargon. But... they sag. After just 5 months. If the 660 is the number of springs- not clear from brochure, then this is too few. Latex, this and that, support, oethopaedic... it is all nonsense. A few springs covered by foam, which will obviously not last if poor quality. It does. Too many bed manufacterers spend money on marketing rather than manufacturing.

(Update, Dec 2018)From the recent calls to CS I felt the Sealy UK suddenly changed into timid to cold reactions instead of focusing on resolutions and sincere human contacts although they were still prompt to answer the calls. Very curt and biased. Thdy are the same staff but I sense that some changes are made toward how they respond to the consumers as the production line introduced some new names to compete with the new challenges in the open competitions, perhaps. The company also reduced their warranty terms lately with these new products. This drastic change is noticed after Summer 2018. Not a good direction, but, I felt them altogethdr too negative and somewhat aggressive especially when they were nice only 2 quarters ago. I don't think I will keep my brand loyalty from their quick changing attitude.-----------(previous review, Feb 2018)The call center reps are very courteous, even patient with long lists of enquiries. They are always prompt to respond to the callers and very eager to answer the answers. However, everyone I have spoken has somewhat different opinions on Posturepedic Mattresses (Open Coil) and very unclear of its performance vs. Pocket Sprung or Hybrid Pocket Spring mattresses. I wish their comparisons were clear for the sake of the confident consumer choices instead of making us feel we had to go through the process of solving the riddles of ambiguous descriptions in the first place.I still believe that their management trains everyone well. I really appreciate all the help I received.

I have EDS/ Hypermobility and a firm mattress is a must for me as my joints must be supported. I bought the Sealy Posturepaedic as it boasted an extra firmness recommended by chiropractors for back pain sufferers! The Mattress started to sag in places after 2 years despite regular turning and flipping! It was expensive, costed hundreds even on sale and I feel utterly duped by the Brand. I am now having to buy another mattress after only 3 years, I can no longer work due to my disability so have had to save while sleeping on a saggy piece of sh*the, my back is 10x worse and now hubby wakes up sore too!. My previous orthopaedic mattress before the Sealy was dirt cheap and lasted 9 years. DONT BUY SEALY - OVERPRICED RUBBISH, my complaint is far from isolated and reviews are poor, unfortunately this was not evident at time of purchase. Terrible! Sealy now produce rubbish mattresses and are not the quality they once were. AVOID!

Have a hybrid pocket sprung/gel top mattress and it is good. However, the delivery company they use to get it to you are awful so expect a long, protracted wait for your bed and lots of unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Bought a Hybrid mattress about three years ago. Best bed we have ever slept on.The mattress still looks like it has come straight from the showroom

We got a Sealys nostromo and it was delivered within a week. Love the mattress. A bit pricey but was local so we could try out.
