Who knows when they open after "lunch". Why on earth do they close at lunch?! It's baffling and not listed on the website. Best to visit in the morning or late afternoon.

Don?t know what has happened recently but this pharmacy used to be very efficient. Now it seems that the left hand doesn?t know what the right hand is doing. Staff are pleasant but like I say communication internally is not great.

Slow to make up prescriptions, some staff seem to think it?s their job to embarrass customers. Some items are cheap alternatives. Used to be one of the best now it?s one of the worse.

Nice chemist, nice staff but blimey, it's a blooming state secret as to when they are closed for lunch. Is it 12 to 1 or 12:30 to 1:30? Is it too difficult to post this somewhere OR - and the mind boggles - is it that head office don't know they all b*gger off the the pub for an hour? I wish you would advertise when your closed for lunch, I phoned no answer, asked on the boots chat couldn?t help drove down at 12.45 and you were closed wasted journey which could have been avoided if your website stated your closed for lunch ?
