Brilliant place to break a journey down South from Scotland. Lovely staff, comfortable room and dogs made very welcome. Just be aware of the usual extra charge for them, which wasn't taken when booking with Booking.Com. Tom very kindly allowed me to stay at the dukes the night before my wedding alongside my bridal party. Nothing was too much trouble, tom went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect!
