Booked room for bed and breakfast .
When we arrived booking had been lost.
Got us in eventually and told us that no breakfasts served
This should have been clear on website and on booking
Token and inappropriate small discount given for lack of breakfast
What a shame
We will not stay again

Went a few weeks ago on a Friday night, was very quiet, but the beer was excellent and the food was sensational. I had the fish and chips and it was up there with one of the best I've ever had. The chips were to die for. Lovely pub inside, friendly staff, will definitely return.

Dog friendly, both rooms and restaurant! Been visiting here for thirty-odd years and the new owners now let dogs come inside with their owners, great atmosphere, good food and the staff are great. The Masons at Strawberry Bank has always been a good pub, the dog friendly attitude makes it even better! Breakfast is fantastic if you are an overnight guest and the rooms are quirky with great views!

Cracking pub. Called in for a pint and decided on Sunday dinner on my way home, after being up at Greg's Bothy on the Saturday night. Good food and a great friendly place????

Very welcoming, child and dog friendly. Food is absolutely delicious. This pub is a firm favourite of ours!! Beautiful traditional English pub.

Rude, unhelpful, would have given zero rating if apply . Large group with families unwilling to service.woukd not recommended unless local, as outsider aren't welcome

I had the sriracha chicken burger with chips and it was the best thing i have ever tasted. 10/10 would recommend!
