I needed a new passport. I got the form, filled it in, and went with trepidation to Appleby post office.My experiences of post offices has always been long queues, not helpful staff and insufferable bureaucracy.But not here. The service was fast, efficient and done with a smile. Tremendous.If Carlsberg did post offices ??
