Called here last Saturday in April about 7:30pm off spec and nothing was too much trouble and landlady cooked just for us. Both of us went for the Steak and ale pie, one with mash one with chips, absolutely delicious. The ale was perfect and the landlord and locals right friendly, nice fire going.
