Lots of stock for a small space but they are limited by wall & floor space! very helpful lads on the till, we were in a rush to find something & they knew exactly where it was as soon as we asked, and had a good joke with them during checkout.

Understaffed, rude staff member, understocked. Bad experience all round. As we went to the shoe section, picked out a shoe, we didn?t initially noticed that there was only one staff member in the entire store. When (after a VERY long wait) we were served and asked for a shoe size and another long wait later we were given two different shoe sizes. Now I do understand if the staff member couldn?t/didn?t find the shoe size, that?s totally fine but my feet won?t change size to two completely different sizes and upon telling her no they wouldn?t work for me as they are the completely wrong sizes she promptly responded, ?well I?m not going back upstairs? and refused to serve us and walked off. Completely rubbish experience and I do understand if she was stressed but she could have dealt with the situation a much maturer way than point blank refusing to serve us. Never coming again, do not go.

Trespass Ambleside: We attempted to gain entry to the store at 17 .15hrs, 6JAN23. The times on door suggested closing time 17.30. Young dark haired male assistant, didn't bother to come to the door, he scowled at us and pointed at his till. Poor attitude and poor service. Happy New year.

Whent while on a visit to Ambleside I am in a wheelchair and when I asked for what I was looking for I was told its upstairs and that was that no offer of help in any sort of way perhaps he thought I would suddenly stand up and say its a miracle I can walk needless to say they missed out on a sale

Shoes I purchased were horrible on incline, the moment I stepped out the store it was clear I couldn't walk in them. They wouldn't allow an exchange because I stepped out the store- even though it was literally two minutes. Horrible service. Never again. Horrible brand and customer service. Anyone need a new pair of shoes size 9?
