Pretty poor customer service. I wouldn't shop here. Went to loads of outdoor shops this week and all greeted us with a Hello, can I help? Not here got stared at as we were walking around then a rude member of staff barged past with his ladders to restock some shelves.Plenty of other places to buy gear.
